Amy is responsible for the compilation and analysis of MedEvolve’s financial statements, treasury management, internal revenue cycle management, as well as various local, state and federal tax compliance.
Amy is an accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, forecasting and budget development. A proven leader recognized for sound decision-making abilities, strong analytical skills, and outstanding performance developed from a solid background in both public accounting and private industry.
Amy joined the MedEvolve team in 2015 as the Accounting Manager and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Arkansas of Little Rock.
Ashley leads MedEvolve’s Marketing strategy and execution, and is responsible for growing the company’s brand. She is working to increase the company’s visibility in the specialty physician practice market and she collaborates with all of the departments in the company to improve communications both internally and externally.
Ashley brings 15 years of experience leading marketing efforts for a variety of companies in the healthcare, telecom and private capital industries. She is a hands-on marketing leader, with a passion for Marketing. She has an impressive skill set and portfolio which includes advertising campaigns, corporate collateral, brand management, website design and development, public relations, social media, tradeshows, events and more. She holds a BA from Georgia State University with a focus in graphic design and journalism, and is working on her MBA at the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
Scott leads the team responsible for the design, development and ongoing enhancement of MedEvolve’s software products. Scott has worked in development at MedEvolve since the inception of the company in 1998. Prior to MedEvolve, Scott developed practice management solutions for Medical Business Services, a practice management software company that was acquired by MedEvolve in 1998. With over 24 years of experience in healthcare IT and medical technology, Scott possesses the depth of knowledge and broad perspective necessary to develop leading-edge software solutions for today’s medical practice.
Scott earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1994, and then completed his CSM (Certified Scrum Master) course in 2018. Scott manages and leads scrum teams that are committed to the growth of healthcare IT. He regularly participates in meetings and conferences related to Scrum, HL7, EHR and medical practice software development.
Michelle has over 10 years of experience across all aspects of the healthcare revenue cycle. Having served in various roles such as Business Office Manager, Director of Patient Access, Consultant, Subject Matter Expert Supporting Sales, and Vice President of Implementations. She is knowledgeable and skilled in daily operations, process improvement and revenue cycle optimization. Michelle has served as a skilled catalyst between administration, physicians, staff and other department teams to ensure continuity of quality of service, excellent patient care and revenue realization.
Michelle completed her BS in Business Administration from Harding University with majors in Marketing and Management and a minor in Accounting.
Tessa is responsible for leading the team at MedEvolve that ensures client satisfaction across all of our product lines. Her team of consultants is readily available to answer product and service related questions, medical billing questions, and to trouble shoot hardware related issues.
Tessa is a consummate client services professional with 15 years of experience in practically every aspect of medical billing and healthcare IT support and services. She began her career at Practice Plus where she gained extensive revenue cycle knowledge performing medical billing services for three years. Looking to expand on her skillset, she moved into the company’s software support and customer service department where she provided hands on support, maintenance, and training on Medical Manager and NextGen Software. She started at MedEvolve in 2008 and was quickly promoted to Customer Service Manager. After seven years in that role, her talent and professionalism was recognized once again when she was promoted to her current role as Director of Client Services.
Toni Tyler is responsible for the talent and culture of MedEvolve by managing talent acquisition, employee programs, employee engagement, performance and leadership development, retention and community outreach opportunities. She serves as part of a team that strives to inspire employees and the organization around common goals, vision and values to enable MedEvolve to continue to expand and grow.
Toni began her career at OrthoSurgeons after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Business Administration. After holding various positions throughout the practice, she moved into a role of office manager for MedSync, OrthoSurgeons’ billing company. In early 2013, she became part of MedEvolve through a merger with MedSync.
