Matt Rolfes leverages his 15 years of experience in technology and finance to drive and support MedEvolve’s growth and operational success. Matt brings to MedEvolve expertise in accounting and finance, as well as corporate development and operations experience in both public and private companies. He joined MedEvolve as Chief Financial Officer in August 2013 after serving as the Controller of Streamline Health (NASDAQ: STRM), a publicly traded, SaaS-focused enterprise content management, business analytics and computer-assisted coding software provider. While at Streamline Health Solutions, Matt led the company’s accounting and reporting function through a time of significant growth, including the planning, integration and reporting on two strategic acquisitions. Prior to Streamline Health, Matt spent five years with Grant Thornton, LLP in Audit and Assurance Services while working with several private and publicly traded companies in the technology, service, banking and consumer industrial products sectors.
Matt holds a BS in Business Administration with major studies in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
Craig Haskin brings more than 30 years of experience in positioning healthcare and finance companies for large-scale growth. As MedEvolve’s COO, he oversees all non-RCM operations, including support, development, implementation, IT, as well as associated departmental leadership. He also plays a critical role in strategic planning, operational development and continuing to build the company’s internal infrastructure. Craig has held a number of executive positions with responsibilities ranging from M&A and go-to-market strategy; marketing, sales and lead generation; to IT systems integration. In his executive career, Craig has served as senior Vice President of Access Healthcare Services; General Manager of Wipro Technologies US Retail; Principal Leader and Vice President of Computer Sciences Corporation; Vice President and General Manager at ACS/Xerox; and Director and General Manager at Perot Systems/Dell.
Craig holds a B.S. in Computer Science, Business Management, and Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University. He has also served on the non-profit board for We Cry Out Ministries.
Matt Seefeld brings 20 years of management consulting experience in the healthcare industry. He has extensive expertise in the assessment, design and implementation of process improvement programs and technology development across the entire revenue cycle. Matt began his career with Stockamp & Associates, Inc. and worked for both PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Deloitte Consulting LLP in their healthcare and life sciences practice lines. In 2007, he developed a business intelligence solution and founded Interpoint Partners, LLC, where he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In 2011, he sold his business to Streamline Health Solutions where he then served as Chief Strategist of Revenue Cycle followed by Senior Vice President of Solutions Strategy until 2014.
Recently, Matt ran global sales for NantHealth and provided consulting services for healthcare technology and service businesses nationwide, prior to joining MedEvolve full-time in January. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California-San Diego.
Branden Barkema brings more than 15 years of professional experience in healthcare business management & leadership. As Chief Revenue Cycle Officer at MedEvolve, he oversees the company’s entire revenue cycle operations, which encompasses about 65% of the employees. Branden brings extensive revenue cycle experience in the medical group practice space to MedEvolve’s RCM team.
Prior to MedEvolve, Branden held the position of Chief Operating Officer for North Florida Surgeons where he led a $90+ million revenue cycle operation. He has held senior leadership positions in both medical group specialty practices and the corporate health system space in the state of Michigan.
Branden has extensive background in process standardization and improvement, and he has received Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. He is dedicated to building strong teams and helping team members connect with the purpose of their work. Branden has a passion for developing leaders, and is a partner at LeaderWork – an organization dedicated to teaching and coaching leadership as a standard.
Branden holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwood University (MI) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Health Care Administration and Management from Central Michigan University.
